摘要: 对肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）及其受体与类风湿关节炎的关系以及在此基础上进行的药物研究进展进行了综述，以期深入研究两者之间的相互作用,并为类风湿关节炎的研究和治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: This article reviews tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),its receptors and their relationship with rheumatoid arthritis,as well as the drugs related,aiming at understanding the interaction between TNF-α and its receptors,and providing new ideas about the research and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
