  • 摘要: 聚氨基酸在药物传递系统中的应用已成为药剂学研究热点之一，本文综述了聚氨基酸与药物、聚乙二醇及其他高分子材料偶联合成两亲性材料等作为药物载体方面的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Poly amino acid in the drug delivery systems has become one focus of pharmaceutical researches.This paper reviewed the progress of amphiphilic materials as drug carriers from the conjugation of poly amino acid with drugs, polyethylene glycol or other polymer materials.
