三白草的化学成分

Chemical constituents from Saururus chinensis(Lour.) Baill

  • 摘要: 从三白草Saururus chinensis (Lour.) Baill中分离得到7个化合物,经波谱学方法和理化性质分别鉴定为meiocarpin ( 1 ),三白草内酰胺( 2 ),马兜铃内酰胺AⅡ( 3 )、4,5-dioxodehydroasimilobine ( 4 ),金丝桃苷( 5 ),槲皮素( 6 ),槲皮苷( 7 )。化合物 134 为首次从三白草属中分离得到。其中化合物 1 为一种罕见的7,8-裂环木脂素,本文应用ROESY谱和CD谱首次确定了其绝对构型。

     

    Abstract: Seven compounds were isolated and purified from Saururus chinensis (Lour.) Baill,and were identified as meiocarpin ( 1 ),sauristolactam ( 2 ),aristololactam AⅡ( 3 ),4,5-dioxodehydroasimilobine ( 4 ),hyperin ( 5 ),quercetin ( 6 ),and quercitrin ( 7 ) by spectroscopic techniques and physicochemical properties.Compounds 1 , 3 , 4 were first isolated from the genus Saururus.Among them,compound 1 is an unusual 7,8-secolignan,the absolute configuration of which was first determined as 7′R,8′S on the basis of ROESY and CD spectral studies.
