Isolation,purification and identification of paclitaxel from the fermented extracts of fungus ST026(Altemaria alternate var.monosporus

  • 摘要: 真菌ST026(Altemaria alternate var.monosporus)的发酵产物,经过常压正相硅胶柱,中压正相硅胶柱,中压反相ODS柱色谱和重结晶等4步纯化得紫杉醇(纯度99.0%),4步总收率0.003 9%(以发酵浸膏计),紫杉醇的回收率为38.5%。

     

    Abstract: Four steps,including normal silica gel chromatography,medium pressure silica gel chromatography,medium pressure ODS RP-chromatography and recrystalization,were used to isolate and purify paclitaxel from the fermented extracts of ST026 (Altemaria alternate var.monosporus).The total yield of paclitaxel was 0.003 9% with the purity of 99.0% and the recovery of of 38.5%.
