响应曲面法优化超声提取辣椒中辣椒红色素的工艺研究

Optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction capsicum red pigment from Capsicum frutescens L.via response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 以辣椒红色素的色价为考察指标,对超声提取辣椒红色素的工艺进行优化。应用Design-Expert7.0 统计分析软件,设计Box-Benhnken中心组合实验,并结合SAS软件得到超声提取辣椒红色素的优化工艺条件:提取功率441W、提取温度41℃、超声时间23min、料液比9.4mL/g、乙醇浓度97%、粒径40目,在此条件下辣椒红色素的色价为83.27。经实验验证,在上述优化条件下提取得到的辣椒红色素色价为86.7,与预测值接近。因此,采用响应曲面法优化得到的工艺条件具有一定的实际应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Ultrasound extraction of capsicum red pigment from Capsicum frutescens L.was carried out by Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design to evaluate the color value of capsicum red pigment in this paper.By Microsoft SAS the optimal conditions of ultrasound power (441W),extraction temperature (41°C),extraction time (23min),the ratio of solid to liquid (9.4mL/g),concentration of ethanol (97%) and particle size (40mesh) were obtained.The calculated value of color value of capsicum red pigment was 83.27,which was not much lower than the experimental datum of 86.7.So the optimal condition obtained by response surface metho-dology can be used in the process of extraction of capsicum red pigment with practical value.
