靶向给药系统的研究进展

Advances in targeted drug delivery system

  • 摘要: 靶向给药系统一直是药剂学研究的热点,但人体内非常复杂的环境明显影响了靶向治疗的效果。为应对体内复杂环境,近年来科学家们在设计靶向给药系统时采取了多种措施,其中包括智能型给药系统和自适应性给药系统。通过对给药系统进行多重复合设计,可以使给药载体顺利通过血液屏障,靶向到特定细胞,进而深入靶向到细胞器,更好地发挥药物的疗效。本文介绍了这方面的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Targeted delivery system have been the important research fields in pharmaceutics,but the complicated physiological conditions hinder the targeting efficacy.The scientists took many strategies in designing the drug carriers to face the situation,including the intelligent delivery system and adaptive delivery system,which can navigate drug carriers through the blood hurdles,target to the specific cell,even the organelle.The review introduced these advances.
