糖肽肿瘤疫苗的研究进展

Advances of glycopeptide-associated tumor vaccines

  • 摘要: 免疫治疗是目前肿瘤治疗研究的重要方向。糖肽肿瘤疫苗凭借其特异性高、不良反应小以及易于控制等特点受到国内外广泛关注,其中一些疫苗已经进入临床研究阶段。本文从半合成疫苗和全合成疫苗两方面对糖肽肿瘤疫苗进行了综述。另外,黏蛋白1(MUC1)作为重要的肿瘤相关抗原成为目前糖肽肿瘤疫苗的研究热点,本文对MUC1相关糖肽疫苗进行了着重介绍。

     

    Abstract: Immunotherapy has been an important research direction of tumor treatment.Vaccines of tumor-associated glycopeptide characterized of high specificity,little side-effect and easy control have drawn much attention.Some vaccines are now in clinical trials.In this article,glycopeptide-associated tumor vaccines including semi-synthetic and fully synthetic vaccines are reviewed.The mucin MUC1,a significant tumor-associated antigen,has become a hot research field of glycopeptide-associated tumor vaccines.This article highlights MUC1-based glycopeptide-associated tumor vaccines.
