摘要: 苏木（Caesalpinia sappan Linn.）种子的甲醇提取物经萃取、结晶和各种柱色谱分离方法得到一个新的卡山烷型呋喃二萜（ 1 ），命名为phanginin N，并通过理化鉴别和波谱分析确定了该化合物的结构。

Abstract: A new cassane-type furanoditerpene,named phanginin N( 1 ),was isolated from the MeOH extract of the seeds of Caesalpinia sappan by extraction.Crystallization and various chromatographic methods and the chemical structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.
