超声促水溶-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定胶囊壳中铬的含量

Determination of chromium in capsule shells by ultrasonic wave promoting dissolution-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立超声促水溶-石墨炉原子吸收直接进样测定胶囊壳中铬含量的方法。对原子吸收光谱法测定铬含量的各参数条件进行优化,得到最佳条件为:200 ℃和500 ℃消化,1 100 ℃灰化,2 150 ℃原子化,方法检出限为0.05 ng/mL,样品加标回收率为93.3%~106.0%。与传统方法比较,本方法快速、准确。

     

    Abstract: A modified method was established for the determination of chromium in capsule shells by ultrasonic wave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.After the atomic absorption spectrometry method for determination of chromium parameters optimization,the best test condition is digestion in 200 °C and 500 °C,pyrolysis in 1 100 °C,and atomize in 2 150 °C.Under the optimum testing conditions,the detection limit of chromium is 0.05ng/mL and sample recovery rate of 93%-106%.The modified method was quick and accurate compared with traditional methods.
