中药复杂成分解析与质量评价的研究进展

Progress for chemical analysis and quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicines

摘要: 质量控制和标准化是中药产业发展的核心科学问题，对中药的临床疗效和安全性具有重要影响。中药化学物质基础的全面揭示和有效成分群的系统阐明，对于建立科学合理、有效可行的质量评价标准至关重要。本文结合作者实验室近年来的研究实例，从中药“固有成分的表征”、“有效成分的发现”和“质量评价的方法”3个方面综述了中药复杂成分解析与质量评价进展，并分析了目前中药质量评价所面临的挑战及对策。

Abstract: Standardization and efficient quality control are the most important issues in the development of Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs).Global analysis of chemical constituents and full elucidation of bioactive components are key to the quality control of TCMs.Based on recent works conducted in the authors laboratories,this review summarizes the advanced techniques for chemical profiling of components in TCMs,screening of bioactive components,and improved quality control methods.
