炙甘草配伍对附子水煎液中乌头类生物碱的含量和离体肠吸收的影响

Influence on content and in vitrointestinal adsorption of aconite alkaloids in water decoction after compatibility of Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata and baked Radix Glycyrrhizae

  • 摘要: 采用LC-MS/MS法研究炙甘草配伍对附子水煎液中双酯型乌头类生物碱的含量和离体肠吸收的影响。以生附子水煎液和生附子炙甘草药对水煎液为研究对象,考察两种水煎液中以乌头碱、新乌头碱和次乌头碱为代表的双酯型乌头类生物碱的含量差异。并通过离体外翻肠囊模型,考察炙甘草配伍对三者在不同肠段吸收的影响。结果表明炙甘草配伍附子在显著降低游离的双酯型乌头类生物碱的含量和肠道吸收率的同时,还可以促使各肠段对乌头类生物碱无差异吸收,达到减毒缓释的作用。

     

    Abstract: The effect of the compatibility of Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata and baked Radix Glycyrrhizae on the content and intestinal adsorption of aconitine-type diester diterpenoid alkaloids in water decoction were investigated by utilizing an LC-MS/MS method.Water decoctions of single Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata and Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata together with baked Radix Glycyrrhizae were chosen as objects to study the content changes of aconitine,mesaconitine and hypaconitine,of which the intestinal adsorption changes were also evaluated with in vitro everted gut sac method.The results showed that the compatibility of Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata and baked Radix Glycyrrhizae could not only reduce the content and intestinal adsorption of aconite alkaloids,but also maintain no significant difference in the absorptivity in different intestinal segments of rat.
