白芨多糖对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用

  • 摘要: 从天然药物白芨块茎中分离纯化得到的白芨多糖,探究其对唑酮诱导的小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的疗效和可能的作用机制。动物实验结果表明,在唑酮诱导的小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型中,白芨多糖可通过促进结肠黏膜损伤修复和抑制相关免疫反应抑制小鼠结肠炎的发展,对溃疡性结肠炎具有显著的疗效。细胞实验结果进一步表明白芨多糖对巨噬细胞有一定的免疫调节能力,可通过抑制巨噬细胞活性从而影响淋巴细胞的活化及相关细胞因子的分泌,能缓解噁唑酮诱导的小鼠结肠炎的疾病症状。

     

    Abstract: In this study,we used Bletilla striata polysaccharide (BSP) to treat the UC mice induced by oxazolone and study the efficacy and possible mechanism of BSP treatment on UC mice model.The animal experiment results showed that the murine UC models could be successfully induced by oxazolone.After the administration of BSP on the murine UC models,murine colitis was significantly suppressed,colon mucosal regeneration was promoted and Th2 related immune response was inhibited.Therefore,it was proved that BSP had significant effects on UC.In vitro experiments further demonstrated that BSP might inhibit lymphocyte activation and secretion of related cytokines via suppressing the activity of macrophages,which indicated BSP has immunoregulation activity.
