Advances in therapeutic B-cell vaccines against chronic diseases

摘要: 慢性非传染性疾病已成为全球致死和致残的首要原因。治疗性B细胞疫苗可以针对疾病中重要的调节因子产生中和性抗体，为慢性病的治疗提供了新思路，目前已在慢性病的治疗上取得了一系列进展。本文就治疗性B细胞疫苗在高血压、自身免疫性疾病及老年痴呆症治疗上的开发和临床试验进展作一综述。

Abstract: Chronic non-communicable diseases(NCDs)have become a major cause of death and disability worldwide. Therapeutic B-cell vaccines, aiming at inducing neutralizing antibodies against important mediators of such diseases, have been recognized as a new approach to treat chronic diseases. Several therapeutic B-cell vaccines have been made for the treatment of chronic diseases. This review focuses on the latest advances in the development and clinical trial of therapeutic B-cell vaccines for the treatment of hypertension, autoimmune diseases and Alzheimer disease
