  • The potential of self-renewal and differentiation of stem cells makes them valuable resources for clinical tissue transplantation,cell therapy and gene therapy,thereby accelerating the developments in the field of regenerative medicine. At present, the mechanistic study of stem cell differentiation and drug development for inducing stem cell differentiation in vitro have become hot subjects and significant progress has been made in these areas.This paper reviewed the progress of new drug research of the directed differentiation of embryonic stem cells,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and induced pluripotent cells.
