摘要: 左旋千金藤碱(l-STP)具有明显的中枢抑制作用,显著减少小鼠自发活动,对戊巴比妥钠有明显协同作用,增加小鼠对缺氧的耐受能力。l-STP还能对抗阿朴吗啡诱发的大鼠定向行为。实验观察未见僵住症状。结果提示,l-STP具有多巴胺受体阻断作用,并且可能为其镇静作用的机制之一。
