  • 摘要: 采用紫外、红外、质谱和核磁共振等现代分析手段,对诺氟沙星注射液中的沉淀物进行了研究,确定该沉淀物为诺氟沙星的脱羧产物,并对产生沉淀的原因进行了分析,对诺氟沙星注射液以及喹诺酮类其它药物的质量控制有指导意义。
