  • 摘要: 卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶(EC 2.3.1.43)简称LCAT是由肝脏微粒体合成后分泌进入血液的,其主要作用是将卵磷脂C_2位上脂酰基转移至游离胆固醇(FC)分子的3位羟基上,生成胆固醇酯(CE)和溶血卵磷脂。
