  • 摘要: 利用离体大鼠皮肤为渗透屏障,研究了祛寒理气涂膜剂中葛缕酮在促吸剂氮酮作用下的透皮效果。用气相色谱法测定葛缕酮。氮酮的促吸作用在一定浓度范围内随着浓度增加而增加,2%的氮酮促吸效果最佳,稳态流量为1701.0μg·cm-2。
