  • 摘要: 以黄连素及其化学衍生物为分析对象,通过不同操作条件下分离效能、溶质迁移时间、电压电流关系以及电泳运行功率的关系,来考察高效毛细管电泳过程中管内焦耳热现象对样品分离的影响,明确了在综合优化电泳分离条件中限制焦耳热的必要性。
