腺苷钴胺的光解研究

Study on Photolysis of Cobamamide

摘要: 用HPLC和UV方法研究了腺苷钻胺在不同物理状态和不同pH溶剂中受不同光强度照射后的光解情况,结果表明在相同光强下本品固体状态较液体状态稳定得多,在酸性缓冲液中(pH2.0)降解较中性缓冲液(pH7.0)、水(pH5.5)慢、在相同物理状态下光强度越大则光解速度越快,提示本品原料应避光保存,而溶液由于降解较快,应避光操作并尽快测定。
