  • 摘要: 首次建立了黄杨宁酸性染料比色法。考察了各种因素对测定结果的影响。该方法可用于黄杨宁原料、片剂的含量测定及片剂的含量均匀度检查，具有灵敏度高、准确度好、操作简便等优点。
