复方利多卡因乳膏体外透皮吸收研究
Studies on Penetration of the Cream Containing Lidocaine and Bupivacaine through the Mice Skin

摘要: 目的 研制复方利多卡因乳膏，并考察促渗剂对其经皮渗透的影响。方法 以Franz扩散池和离体小鼠皮肤进行体外渗透试验，采用HPLC法同时测定利多卡因和布比卡因的透皮量。结果 Azone可显著提高药物的透皮作用。2%浓度时有最大促渗效果。与不含Azone的乳膏相比，利多卡因和布比卡因的稳态渗透流量（J）分别提高1.99和2.11倍。结论 含2%Azone的复方利多卡因乳膏有望成为有效的浅表性局麻药新制剂。Abstract: AIM To develop the compound lidocaine cream containing lidocaine and bupivacaine and to study the effect of enhancers.
