荆芥内酯类提取物对大鼠足跖汗腺及血液流变学的影响

Impact of Lactones of Schizonepeta Tenuifolia Briq. on Plantar Sweat Gland and Hemorrheology of Rats

  • 摘要: 目的 观察荆芥内酯类提取物对汗腺及血液流变学的影响。方法 大鼠腹腔注射给药1h后,自踝关节处迅速取下双后足,10%甲醛溶液固定,对足跖部汗腺腺泡上皮细胞在光镜下作形态学观察。大鼠血(肝素抗凝)用于血液流变学测定。结果 荆芥内酯类提取物能明显提高汗腺腺泡上皮细胞的空泡发生率,数密度和面密度,显著降低全血比粘度和红细胞的聚集性。结论 荆芥内酯类提取物具有显著的发汗和改善血液流变学的作用。
