瑞香狼毒的木脂素类成分研究

Lignans from the Roots of Stellera chamaejasme

摘要: 目的：对国产瑞香科植物瑞香狼毒的化学成分进行研究。方法：利用色谱的方法系统分离单体成分，利用光谱方法鉴定各单体成分的化学结构。结果：从瑞香狼毒的根中分离得到多个木脂素类化合物，其中4个化合物经理化和光谱分析方法分别鉴定为：拉帕酚F(Lappaol F,1)、Clemastanin B(2)，牛蒂甙（Arctiin,3),罗汉松树脂酚(Matairesinol,4)。结论：化合物1，2和3为首次从该植物中分得。本文报道这些化合物的结构鉴定并对文献报道的化合物1的碳谱数据归属作了修正。
