伊犁贝母总生物碱的药效学研究
Studies on the Pharmacodynamics of the Crude Alkaloids from Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk

摘要: 目的：研究伊犁贝母总生物碱的镇咳、祛痰和平喘作用。方法：以小鼠氨水引咳法、豚鼠枸檬酸引咳法和猫喉上神经刺激引咳法观察其镇咳作用；以小鼠酚红排泌法、大鼠毛细管排痰法观察其祛痰作用；以豚鼠乙酰胆碱—组胺引喘法观察其平喘作用。结果：在10mg/kg剂量下，十二指肠给药对电刺激猫喉上神经引咳具有显著的镇咳作用。连续灌胃给药5d，伊犁贝母总生物碱在40，20，10mg/kg的剂量下对小鼠氨水引咳具有显著的镇咳作用；在20，10mg／kg的剂量下对豚鼠枸檬酸引咳具有显著的镇咳作用，能显著增加大鼠毛细管排痰量；在40，20mg/kg的剂量下具有显著增加小鼠酚红排泌量的作用，对乙酰胆碱-组胺所致的豚鼠哮喘具有显著的平喘作用。结论：伊犁贝母总生物碱对实验动物具有显著的镇咳、祛痰及平喘作用。Abstract: The purpose is to study the phar macodynamics o f the crude alkaloids from Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk(FPA).
