  • The method was used for determination of vanillin content in an anti-epilepsy tablets. The average recovery was 99.37±1.1% (n=5）. The anal. conditions were:5% polyethylene glycol on 101 white support in 2m * 3mm column at 135℃；Flame ionization detector, H2 48 ml/min, air 430 ml/ min； detector and injection port at 190℃； sample size 0.5 μl.
